Responsibilities:
- King Dee System structures for both EHK and ECN system (BOM etc), system updating and documentations
- Coordinate the King Dee system operation of the modules of different department
- Helpdesk support to end users on PC hardware and software problem and requests.
- Regular operation such as report printing, backup of server, equipment audit and IT inventory control.
- Network and system support and maintenance.
- Project support and PC technology evaluation.
- Documentations and procedures updating in both English and Chinese.
