Job Responsibilities
1.Understand the company products and its application in customer process very well.
2.Build up and maintain good relationship with the customers. Fully understand the customer needs and their situation.
3.Contract review for both technical and commercial items to assure to fulfill the customer requirements.
4.Follow up the orders status, including order checking, order booking, production, delivery, invoice and A/R collection, etc.
5.Coordinate the new products development and introduce to the marketing.
6.Coordinate and handle the complaint from the customer.
7.Collect the information of competitor.
8.Action plan and both weekly & monthly report to the supervisor.
