Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a PCA manufacturing environment as an engineer
2. Diploma/Degree in Engineering
3. Good interpersonal skill
4. Able to work with minimum supervision
Job scope
1. Define PCA and Box Build manufacturing processes to build quality products consistently
2. Define and design fixtures & Jigs to simplify manufacturing process
3. Implement productivity, and quality improvements activities to reduce the cost of manufacturing thru cycle time reductions and innovative techniques
